欢迎使用 PTuner（以下简称“本应用”）。本协议规定你访问和使用本应用时适用的权利和义务。下载、安装或使用本应用，即表示你同意接受本协议的约束。如你不同意本协议，请停止使用本应用。
一、服务说明
本应用是一款面向 iOS 与 macOS 的调音器，提供单音调音、多音调音、乐器调弦、自定义调弦与音频输入设置等功能。音高检测在你的设备本地完成。
二、许可与使用规范
- 我们授予你一项个人的、非独占的、不可转让的许可，用于在你自己拥有或控制的设备上使用本应用。
- 你不得对本应用进行反向工程、反编译、破解、二次分发，或将其用于任何违法用途。
- 你不得转售、共享或以其他方式将 Pro 权益提供给第三方。
三、购买与订阅
本应用通过 Apple App Store 提供以下 Pro 方案：
- PTuner Pro 永久版：一次性买断的非消耗型项目，永久解锁 Pro 功能。
- PTuner Pro 年付：按年自动续期的订阅。
- PTuner Pro 周付：按周自动续期的订阅。
具体价格、周期与所含内容以 App Store 购买页面及应用内显示为准，不同地区的价格可能不同。
- 订阅费用将在你确认购买时从你的 Apple ID 账户扣除。
- 除非你在当期结束前至少 24 小时取消订阅，否则订阅会自动续期，并扣除下一期费用。
- 你可以随时在 iOS 或 macOS 的 App Store 账户设置中查看、管理或取消订阅。
- 你可以在应用内使用“恢复购买”来恢复此前购买的权益。
- 退款由 Apple 按其政策处理，开发者无法直接为你办理退款。
四、调音结果说明
调音结果受乐器状态、环境噪声、麦克风或音频接口质量等因素影响，仅供调音参考。本应用不构成专业音频工程、乐器维修或其他专业建议。请根据实际听感与演奏需要自行判断。
五、知识产权
本应用的界面设计、图标、文字、代码及相关素材的知识产权归开发者或合法授权方所有。在遵守本协议的前提下，你可以在个人非商业范围内使用本应用。
六、服务的变更与终止
我们可能根据业务需要更新本应用的功能、价格或本协议。重大变更将在应用内或本页面公布。如你不同意变更内容，可以停止使用本应用，并按上述方式取消订阅。
七、责任限制
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，本应用按“现状”提供。对于因使用或无法使用本应用而产生的间接、偶然、特殊或衍生损失，开发者不承担责任。
八、法律适用与争议解决
本协议适用中华人民共和国法律，但不影响你所在地关于消费者保护的强制性规定。如发生争议，双方应首先友好协商；协商不成的，提交开发者所在地有管辖权的人民法院解决。
九、Apple 第三方受益人
你确认并同意，Apple 及其子公司是本协议的第三方受益人，有权在你接受本协议后对你执行本协议。

Welcome to PTuner (the “App”). These Terms govern your access to and use of the App. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.
1. The Service
The App is a tuner for iOS and macOS, offering single-note tuning, polyphonic tuning, instrument tunings, custom tunings, and audio input settings. Pitch detection runs locally on your device.
2. License and Acceptable Use
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on devices you own or control.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, crack, or redistribute the App, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
- You may not resell, share, or otherwise provide Pro entitlements to third parties.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
The App offers the following Pro options through the Apple App Store:
- PTuner Pro Lifetime: a one-time, non-consumable purchase that unlocks Pro features permanently.
- PTuner Pro Yearly: an auto-renewing annual subscription.
- PTuner Pro Weekly: an auto-renewing weekly subscription.
Prices, billing periods, and included features are those shown on the App Store purchase page and in the App; prices may vary by region.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account when you confirm the purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically and are charged for the next period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
- You can view, manage, or cancel subscriptions at any time in your App Store account settings on iOS or macOS.
- You can use “Restore Purchases” in the App to restore previous purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies; the developer cannot issue refunds directly.
4. Tuning Results
Tuning results depend on instrument condition, ambient noise, microphone or audio interface quality, and other factors, and are provided for reference only. The App does not constitute professional audio engineering, instrument repair, or other professional advice. Please use your own judgment based on how the instrument sounds and plays.
5. Intellectual Property
All rights in the App’s interface design, icons, text, code, and related materials belong to the developer or lawful licensors. Subject to these Terms, you may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6. Changes and Termination
We may update the App’s features, prices, or these Terms as our business requires. Material changes will be posted in the App or on this page. If you do not agree to the changes, you may stop using the App and cancel any subscription as described above.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is.” The developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the App.
8. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without affecting mandatory consumer protection laws in your place of residence. Any dispute should first be resolved through friendly negotiation; if unsuccessful, it shall be submitted to a competent court where the developer is located.
9. Apple Third-Party Beneficiary
You acknowledge and agree that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you after you accept them.
