PTuner（以下简称“本应用”或“我们”）重视你的隐私。本政策说明你在使用本应用时，我们如何处理相关信息。使用本应用即表示你同意本政策的条款。
一、我们收集的信息
麦克风音频只用于实时音高检测，在本机完成处理，不会被录音、保存或上传。
- 订阅与购买信息：订阅状态、订阅周期、买断权益与交易标识，用于解锁 Pro 功能、恢复购买和防止滥用。相关交易由 Apple 处理，订阅状态由 RevenueCat 协助校验；我们不接触你的支付卡号或 Apple ID 密码。
- 诊断与匿名统计：崩溃日志、错误报告、设备型号、系统版本、应用版本、语言与地区，以及应用启动、开始调音、展示付费页、购买和恢复购买等事件的匿名计数。这些信息用于排查问题、改进兼容性与了解功能使用情况。
- 本地设置：参考音高、显示精度、指示器样式、稳定度、语言、所选的乐器与调弦配置，仅保存在你的设备本地。
二、我们不收集的信息
- 你的录音、音频文件或演奏内容；
- 你的真实姓名、通讯地址、联系方式、位置信息或通讯录；
- 广告标识符（IDFA）等跨应用追踪数据。本应用未集成广告 SDK，不进行跨应用追踪，也不会请求 App Tracking Transparency 授权。
三、信息的使用方式
- 提供调音、乐器管理、自定义调弦等核心功能；
- 校验 Pro 权益、处理购买与恢复购买；
- 诊断崩溃与错误，改进性能与兼容性；
- 回复你的反馈与支持请求；
- 遵守适用法律法规及 Apple 平台的要求。
四、第三方服务
为实现上述功能，本应用接入以下第三方服务，它们按照各自的隐私政策处理相关信息：
- Apple App Store / StoreKit：处理购买、订阅与退款。
- RevenueCat：管理订阅状态与权益校验。
- Sentry：收集崩溃日志、错误报告与匿名的功能使用计数。
五、存储与保护
本地设置保存在你的设备上。第三方服务接收到的诊断与订阅相关数据，通过加密通道传输，并仅在实现本政策所述目的所必需的期限内保留；超出期限后将删除或匿名化处理。
第三方服务的服务器可能位于你所在国家或地区之外，相关数据可能发生跨境传输。使用本应用即表示你知悉并同意该等传输。尽管如此，没有任何系统能够保证绝对安全。
六、你的权利
- 访问与修改：你可以在应用设置中查看和修改本地配置。
- 删除：你可以卸载本应用以删除全部本地数据。如需删除第三方服务中保留的诊断或订阅相关数据，请通过下方邮箱联系我们。
- 撤回同意：你可以随时停止使用本应用，或通过下方邮箱撤回此前的同意。
七、儿童隐私
本应用面向一般音乐爱好者，并非专门面向儿童。我们不会在明知的情况下收集未满 13 周岁儿童的个人信息。如你认为我们误收了儿童信息，请联系我们，我们会在核实后尽快删除。
八、政策更新
我们可能根据业务或法律要求更新本政策，重大变更将在应用内或本页面公布。更新后的政策自公布之日起生效。

Privacy Policy

PTuner (the “App” or “we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains how we handle information when you use the App. By using the App, you agree to this policy.
1. Information We Collect
Microphone audio is used only for real-time pitch detection. It is processed on your device and is never recorded, stored, or uploaded.
- Subscription and purchase information: subscription status, billing period, lifetime entitlement, and transaction identifiers, used to unlock Pro features, restore purchases, and prevent abuse. Transactions are handled by Apple, and subscription status is verified with RevenueCat. We never see your payment card number or Apple ID password.
- Diagnostics and anonymous statistics: crash logs, error reports, device model, OS version, app version, language and region, and anonymous event counts such as app launch, tuner start, paywall view, purchase, and restore. This information is used for troubleshooting, compatibility improvements, and understanding feature usage.
- Local settings: reference pitch, display precision, indicator style, stability, language, and selected instruments and tunings. These are stored only on your device.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
- Your recordings, audio files, or performances;
- Your real name, mailing address, contact details, location, or contacts;
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA) or other cross-app tracking data. The App includes no advertising SDK, does not track you across apps, and does not request App Tracking Transparency authorization.
3. How We Use Information
- To provide tuning, instrument management, custom tuning, and other core features;
- To verify Pro entitlements and process purchases and restores;
- To diagnose crashes and errors and improve performance and compatibility;
- To respond to your feedback and support requests;
- To comply with applicable laws and Apple platform requirements.
4. Third-Party Services
To provide the features above, the App uses the following third-party services, which process information under their own privacy policies:
- Apple App Store / StoreKit: purchases, subscriptions, and refunds.
- RevenueCat: subscription status management and entitlement verification.
- Sentry: crash logs, error reports, and anonymous feature usage counts.
5. Storage and Protection
Local settings are stored on your device. Diagnostic and subscription-related data received by third-party services is transmitted over encrypted channels and retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy; afterward it is deleted or anonymized.
Third-party servers may be located outside your country or region, so data may be transferred internationally. By using the App, you acknowledge and agree to such transfers. No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Your Rights
- Access and correction: you can view and change local settings in the App.
- Deletion: you can delete all local data by uninstalling the App. To request deletion of diagnostic or subscription-related data held by third-party services, contact us at the email below.
- Withdraw consent: you may stop using the App at any time or withdraw prior consent by contacting us.
7. Children’s Privacy
The App is intended for general music enthusiasts and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it after verification.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy to reflect business or legal changes. Material changes will be posted in the App or on this page. The updated policy takes effect when posted.
